I've only seen your older videos. Are you still rocking the 4.3 v6 and the 4l60? And what axles are you using. And how is the frame repair form when shocks broke the open channel frame a while back? I'm considering doing a similar build to yours.

I love what youre trying to do, but your methods arent acceptable. You cant judge capacity the way youre doing it. Get a USB tester and actually measure the watt hours. Theres all kinds of stuff that ends up being wildly inaccurate when you try and guesstimate like you are.

i have the same kit and am plainning on putting in a 98 civic the brown wire just goes into my live ignition wire? thats the only thing i dont understand the black and white picture and directions arent great

You lost me when you said the clip in your first video was to intentionally mislead your audience.

Are you using a narrowed housing? The axles you spec are 31.25” and full width 9” axles are 32”. ECGS doesn’t show anything wider than that in their 2 options. I’m having a fit trying to find axle shafts for mine. 1541h shafts are readily available but chromos are either a fortune or don’t spec out the right length.

There’s also flush valve stems available for less than $20 for a set of 4

Harbor freight products are garbage at best , I’ve just never had any luck with products from harbor freight . Just like their car jacks 👎🏻.

I run a Chicago brand tube notcher they’re USA made mine was a kit for 450 came with a lot of stuff for 450 I think it does a really nice job. It has the ability to cut from both sides without moving the tube just swing it around match the angle and cut. And suggestion is that if you have a 7 1/4” skill saw buy the harbor freight metal skill saw blades they’re the best way to cut plate.

Find a good quality used drill press and build a tube natcher had one in a shop class and it worked awesome for cutting matches in tube

Driveline watch 2024! These skids did pretty dang good. I like that you used the tube couplers, never even crossed my mind. Ill definitely be using these in the future. 👍

My truggy is 115” so I added a NWF Eco box to shorten my rear shaft and I also use a 9” so I’m converting to a Tru Hi9 next

My wife & I have been married 38 years now almost & have back packed , tent camped, trailer camped , bought a 30 foot Toy -hauler , and sold it ( too much hassle to take all the places we wanted to go ) and are now going back to minimalistic camping the overland route like you . Set up the Trusty ‘02 GMC 2500 HD Sierra crew cab with Rack & OVS Tent & 270 awning and are in process of getting ready to be able to hit the road running . Figuring out what to bring & how to store it all is always a challenge no matter how you camp , and having easy access to things is a game changer. Thanks man, we got some great ideas here from watching. C-ya out on the trails Maybe as I’m in So.Cal. & will more than likely be at KOH next year hopefully, as well as out & about in the Sierra’s, local desert , Etc. C-ya 😎

The autoMeter gauge will read faster and be more accurate than factory anyway. well done.

The softer the hose, the more oil it contains. The oil leeches out especially under pressure.

I put Thor cowl induction on my 4.0l Jeep WJ about 2 years ago. It performs great! I have a pre-filter it stays clean compared to being in the engine bay. The whooshing and whistling noise behind the glove box take a bit of getting used to.😂

I have this machine and thanks for sharing the air connection option because mines was never used because of that issue I was having. But my advice to you guy.....wear some welding glove
